We offer a full maintenance inspection report as required by the Atex directive and IEC 60079 -17 codes of practice, of which include Zoning, Apparatus Groups, Temperature class and types/grades of inspection and all documentation as required.
Inspection of motor enclosure condition.
Checking of motor bearing clearance/vibration.
Inspect gearbox bearings for axial and radial movements.
Check alignment between pump, motor and gearbox and correct same
if found to be unsatisfactory.
Carry out oil lubrication changes.
Check mechanical seals.
Repairs can be carried out on site or alternatively in our workshop, which has full machining facilities.
Pump and motor repairs, overhauls and reclamation will be carried out in accordance with IEC 60079-19 codes of practice.
Bearings are replaced and mechanical seals renewed.
Bearing journals dimensions are checked and repaired if necessary.
Bearing bores are checked and sleeved if required.
Modifications are made only as permitted in the certification.
Strict adherence to protection of flame paths and flame path dimensions.
Repaired parts will be identified as per Annex A (IEC 60079-19).
Repair personnel are competent as per Annex B. (IEC60079-19).
And third party certified as per U.K.A.S. competent personnel scheme.
